Well, DUH... you always get SOME hitpoints for raising health,
but, you don't get a +1 RETROACTIVE bonus to hitpoints for all your
current levels. As to the person who flamed me in email about my
comment about 100 health being an added rest bonus, well... from *MY*
obsewrvations (not from this forum) about the game, the standard rest
points are every 9 levels (9/18/27/etc) and my rest rate increased by
raising from 95 to 100 health at level 41.... shrug
