       Actually, Critical rate *IS* half of martial arts for all classes
except Mystics and Ninjas.  Mystics have dodge, enhanced criticals and
their actual martial arts included in the number while Ninjas have dodge
and enhanced criticals included.  If you were critting 10% with 14 MA
(7%) you either are figuring critical percent wrong (crits/swings is
correct method) or you had critical enhancing weapons/items in use.  Go
naked with just punches and you will see for a fact that the number is
nearly dead on.
