Uhhm, no its not half of MA.  A lvl 13 mystic on our bbs has 80+ ma, and
he does NOT crit 40% of the time.  Don't gimme that shit its cause he's
not a good lvl or whatever, because then what you're saying isn't true.
My ranger has 14 ma, and he crits 10%ish of the time.  I should have 20
MA then...
