Which system is Bill Bond's?  Or do you mean Bob Juge?

Anyway, snoopy.apana.org.au is my local ISP, where I've got my own FTP
directory named 'blizzard'.  As soon as the archive was ready I sent it to
Bob Stout (C SNIPPETS maintainer and C_ECHO moderator) who made it
available along with his SNIPPETS archive, and also uploaded it to Bob
Juge's incoming directory at ftp.juge.com.  Presumably Bob frequents his
incoming directory often, stumbled across my file, and moved it to the
appropriate directory.
