i think Type 2e is sbbsecho's indicator of FSC-0039 which is the first half
of Type 2+... the document i pointed to as well as the synchronet wiki, IIR
what i read recently, should explain it better... that being mainly that
the "2+" term was introduced with FSC-0048 which expanded on and
clarified FSC-0039... FSC-0039 says it is an extension of Type 2...
