subject: OPENING GRAPHICS FILES IN C

Hello All,
I am dabbling in Quick C and /or Borland C++ 3.1 and am trying to open (or
import?) graphics files. For example I would like to create some nifty
design in Paint Shop Pro and use it as a background for my menu screen. If
anyone out there has any thoughts I would be eternally grateful.
regards
Bob Green
