 Buy it.
 Look is different but "feel" is the same.  Menus are the same
 (keystrokes). 4.0 is lots faster, supports memo fields and has a
 few other new features but they are close enough that you will
 not have a problem.
 Get Borlands TechFax # 1111.  It details the new features in 4.0
