I posted a message yesterday about it.  You've probably already read it.
Basically though, it comes down to 1) ask around locally if you could
borrow one, 2) Buy it through the many CD-ROM mail order sellers, such
as Walnut Creek CD-ROM, 3) post a message in one of the FIDO for sale
echos (CD-ROM/Sale, CompuSale, ForSale, Classified, or CForSale).
You'll probably get a better price through an echo than a normal mail
order place.
