I didn't say that particular thought of mine was mainstream America, nor
did I seriously wish Katrina on New Orleans.

Neal Boortz was trying to point out to Mayor Nagin a couple days ago, that
he shouldn't be coming to places like Atlanta and asking the parasitic,
non-working former residents of New Orleans to come back.  Instead he
should just be asking those former residents who worked and contributed to
New Orleans society to come back.  That he should make good use of the
opportunity Katrina has provided to rid itself of all its welfare brood
mares and non-working criminals to build a new city that isn't plagued by
these parasites.

These are all Boortz's words not mine.  He does make a rather interesting
and accurate point however.

One of the parasitic crowd was quoted in the local papers as saying to
Nagin they were upset he was wasting time and spending money on trying to
have Mardi Gras next February.  The quote continued "that's for white
people". If a white person had made a similar utterance like say
"welfare and crack are for black people" they would be called
racist.  I guess nobody explained to this lady who was quoted making this
racist comment how if the white people don't come and spend money, the city
can't afford to keep them on the dole and unemployed.

God help the owner of the cruise ship where these kind of people have been
staying.  That ship will be ruined by the time they have to evict all those
people.  Yes they will have to evict them, because they aren't going to get
jobs and move out on their own you know.
