LOL, you're confusing the carter years inflation with what happened under
Reagan.  Bracket creep due to inflation was a real factor when you had high
inflation (or super high inflation under Carter) and 7 or 10 or 15 or 20
different tax brackets (Pre-Reagan) where having so many brackets of
relatively small amounts stacked tightly together could be affected by
inflation, but when you have just 3 brackets widely spread out bracket
creep is not and was not a factor in the significant tax revenue increases
under Reagan.
