This has been fixed and the corrected file posted on my website at
http://www.robertwolfe.org.  Apparently, when creating the dis-
tribution archive, I inadvertently left out the .MSI file.  I have
to get used to the VS 2008 Pro install builder after having used
the MacroMedia one for a while :).  

I tried this out on my Win 7 machine and the installer and program
run just fine.
