Enhancing Cooperation Supporting Government Priorities

Saint-Hubert, Quebec, January 29, 2003 - Media are invited to join the 
Honourable Herb Dhaliwal, Minister of Natural Resources Canada, on a 
tour of the Canadian Space Agency in the company of Marc Garneau, 
President of the Agency.

The tour will be followed by the signing of an agreement between the
Canada Centre for Remote Sensing, Natural Resources Canada, and the
Canadian Space Agency. This agreement will support increased
government and industry development of Earth observation applications
and technology. 

What:   Tour of facilities and signing of agreement between Canada
        Centre for Remote Sensing and the Canadian Space Agency
        followed by a scrum
