I'm very sorry for posting the advert in this echo. I did not want to cause
any
trouble and will make sure this is not going to happen again. I promise!
As for the mbfido problem, I found out that this only happens if you have set
your "internet mail and news" in mbsetup set to "No
internet" which, in
turn, makes mbse assume that you are using UUCP for mail transport.
So this raises the question wether the error comes from a bug in mbfido or
from
some missing/wrong UUCP setting.
And just in case you wondered: no, I am not using UUCP and do not plan to use
it. My intention is to use MBSE with postfix (smtp) but I've come across this
issue while trying to get email work.
