Nope.  He just didn't volunteer.  Their are a majority of young men and
women today that aren't volunteering today, last year, next year, etc to
serve their country at a time of war.  None of them will be properly
classified as neo-con punks.  Nor should they be.  Just like Cheney.  They
are absolutely no different than what Cheney did.

There are plenty of people who did serve that should never be allowed
anywhere near command and authority.  Kerry is one.  Murtha is another.  My
Brother would be a third.
