Irrelevant since we don't seek to prosecute him as a criminal.  He's the
military leader of an enemy who has personally and publicly declared war on
the USA.  That's all we need to know to have the right of self-defense by
killing him and everyone who helps him.

He also doesn't deny 9/11.  He publicly admitted that was his criminal
group's doing on his orders.  He doesn't have to have his complicity shown
by anyone when he freely and openly confesses to it on video and radio.
