I never said it was. I said he didn't volunteer and he didn't. If one has
a chance to legally avoid being drafted then it takes a CHOICE to decide to
not take the opportunity to avoid service. By choosing NOT to avoid
service he was making EXACTLY the same decision as the majority of men and
women today when they choose not to volunteer. He made the CHOICE not to
volunteer by choosing to legally avoid service.
