Dear Ron,
My son went to Camp Daniel Boone for a week, two years ago with his troop and
enjoyed it immensely. Our local Scout camp is Camp T. Brady Saunders, here in
Virginia; it is located in the general area of Goochland, which is near 
Maidens
Virginia. To be a bit more specific, the camp is west of Richmond. It is a 
good
area to visit, as Richmond is within 2 hours of D.C., Williamsburg, the sea
shore and the mountains. The camp has two lakes, a COPE course, and lots of
activities. Write to the Robert E. Lee Council office for information at 4015
Fitzhugh Ave., Richmond, VA 23230. BTW, I'm a unit commissioner, and am on
staff of the Cub and Boy Scout RTs, as well as being the Cub Leader Training
Team Chairman.
