I understand you went to Pigeon Forge.  Last time I was there, I didn't do 
much scanning.  I was too busy to do any real searching, and since I didn't 
have a frequency list or an auto-programming scanner at that point in time...
Aside from some of the general radio and antenna information in the front, I 
really don't recommend POLICE CALL.
