I was thinking the same thing.  All this talk by the left wing pansies of
the EU about judges and trials and all this without an ounce of proof of
any specific flight, its passenger, its destination, etc.  They will never
be able to prove any of this, but on the other hand I suspect for the
lefties and hate America first crowd, they would need more proof that UBL
was a baddie than they would need to convict an American pilot of some
piper cub who had mistakenly ferried one of his sons to a new job.
