Anyone from any Kyoto country that hasn't met its Kyoto targets should just
STFU. Oh but then that would mean everyone from every Kyoto country would
have to STFU.
Yes everyone should get all upset over failing to agree to more meaningless
reductions on paper that won't be achieved or kept by the signing countries
in real life.
If countries sign documents to reduce emissions and then don't do it, does
that make them all liars and hypocrites, especially when they only complain
about countries who didn't sign and never complain about countries who did
sign but didn't keep their word.
Thank God for Dick Cheney. If only he would be our next President.
