Hello All!
Well I had my first major "get-off" (a flat track term of old)
tonight. I was stuck in my toe clips and simply fell over
turning around in a gravel lot following a lengthy and tiring
ride. I am sure that is amusing and I will laugh with you as
soon as the skin grows back and the elbow is better .
My question is .. how do I adjust the clips so my lightweight
mountain boots will come out and should I even be using the toe
clips as new cyclist? They just came on my Trek 950 so I am
sorta wandering along using what is provided.
Got to get a helmet also! I am just glad I didn't crack my head
in that little topple.
As always, Thanks in Advance.
Cyrus
