Borland have one, Watcom have one. I'm not really in a position to
recommend a DOS C compiler, but I can tell you that I use Watcom for
consistency on my DOS + OS/2 platforms. I don't like Borland for OS/2,
both because of the bugs, and because the debugger is PM-only. Watcom
