Agreed, but I can see what their concerns were - I know all about (it's a
yearly class, which I've given as well as taken) on the rules that normally
regulate such behavior. Those rules, incidently, are completely subservient
to the FISA stuff and subject to change and overruling. But I can see how
they'd be concerned if they didn't have the complete overview.

But their reaction to it is completely inappropriate and should be dealt
with harshly.
