        As long as Chicago is part of Illinois, you'll face an uphill
        fight. As I said, it takes a while sometimes. The Repubs have to
        be shown the truth, the light, and occasionally the stick. Keep
        trying; you'll get it if you all work together long enough and
        hard enough. Let's hope it's sooner. Ernie P.
