                     Go to DOS and type this

                            MEM/C

            or MEM/C >mem.txt  Redirects to mem.txt

I've been using the MEM command in this fashion for quite a long time.
¨Helps ferret out memory problems, which programs are fitting into EMS and
so ¨on. Saved my butt (and lots of time) more than once.
