While you are misinformed as to the implications of the above (as I said,
it doesn't exonerate the Corps, it exonerates the people who constructed
the floodwalls), I have to note that the South Louisiana hole I was
referring to was the hole created by coastal erosion resulting from the
Corps' Mississippi River flood control efforts.
