The Japanese Oracle site, but it's a .pdf document apparently in
Japanese. It came up on a Google search on "cobol700". I couldn't
swear to it being in Japanese, because I declined to download the offered
font file.
Didn't find a readme.doc in the .arj archive. The register.now document
gives an address and phone number.
The program is a .com file presumably made for MsDos or CP/M and loads
four overlays and three overloads to perform the
compilation. It includes a cobol700.lib file, but no obvious linker. If you
like I can compile a simple cobol file with it. That would maybe give some
indication.
Best Wishes,
Bill.
