Hello, All.
I'm in the midst of changing BBS software from Maximus to ProBoard (PB is a
lot easier to work with, heh) and in doing so, I decided to set up Blue
Wave.
I discovered the problem that was hampering my efforts last time. I've
discovered that OS/2 is locking the actual Squish message base file and not
letting Blue Wave, which is a DOS program, access it. I'm not quite sure
why or how it's happening, but I have a sneaking suspicion that I might be
able to fix it.
I'm at a bit of a loss as to why this is being locked, but OS/2 is known to
be very picky about such things...*sigh*
(Nancy - BW works perfectly with ProBoard...downloads work great and unlike
Max, BW/PB reads all of the access levels right.)
Later,
Sean
