I can get 33.6k with one USR system.  So now I know -18 works.
But there is a strange problem when I call one other particular USR. Often, 
when the modems try to negotiate, my modem will go into a "gattling-gun" 
sound mode and then the call fails after about a minute of that.   I find 
that if I use AT S210=12 for that particular system, the problem goes away.
Oh... and it happens when I call a SupraVoice 28.8 as well.   S210=12 fixes 
the "gattling-gun" with it too.   That SupraVoice is only running the 
released code and not any v34+ upgrades.
