Hmmm, looking at apples and oranges again? Or are you really matching student 
for student, income-race-family background-disabilities-etc.?

Then you should demand better, aren't these funded out of your pocket? Is 
this a private company offering training or is it through a local 
association. If there is so much opinion against such-change it, do something 
other than complain to each other.
