From: "Rich Gauszka"
Some people realized throughout history that in many cases ( not all )
diplomacy has a chance. Bushies tend to gag on the word 'diplomacy' though
as though somehow it is associated with those evil terms
'Democrat/liberal' instead of the more appropriate association 'democracy'
All the Bushies have done is institutionalize the feared bogeyman in the
closet for their frightened herd of followers.
