You can't. Only on machines with enhanced firmware does the Applesoft tokeniser accept keywords case insensitively. On the unenhanced IIe, - rigged GETCHAR to uppercasify anything not between double quotes, but in the later firmwares this feature is superfluous. Of course, adventurous people can (and did) modify the firmware themselves to get friendlier behaviour on the older machines.
