Maybe they did not think the selling of weapons to those hostile to you
& then ring fencing that money to go to terrorists was something the US
should engage in.

I believe privatizing the treasury in such a way is wrong under your
esteemed monarch of letters.

But hey breaking the constitution while in high office has never been as
dangerous as breaking with a live monarch while in high office.

Esp if you worked for say Henry VIII.
