The problem with the no fly zone is that the United States just imposed it
on another country's air space. It was imposed under the pretext to
enforce sanctions authorized by the UN but the UN never authorized the no
fly zones.
Nicaragua won a case in the World Court on a illegal US embargo of it. Can
they establish a no fly zone over Georgia?
