Having spent quite a while figuring out how to do vertical scrolling when
porting Msged to Windows NT, I've got terribly experienced in this pasttime
all of a sudden.  :-)

Dunno about you, but I'd prefer to have any scrolling done via the VIOIMAGE
module.  That way it would be quicker (as it would be writing direct to
video memory, or using API calls, and wouldn't have to rely on slower BIOS
calls) and I wouldn't have to worry one bit about portability.

And by using VIOIMAGE, you could have both horizontal and vertical
scrolling, or even diagonal scrolling if you're really game.  :-)
