Could be a mailer problem. What is the path to your secure inbound? inbound\ is detected by hpt as unsecure. Normal procedure is not to toss compressed mail from unsecure. The logfile above looks like works as designed. Check secure and unsecure inbound path of mailer and fidoconfig (hpt). If they are ok, there must be a password problem because the files are placed at unsecure by the mailer.
