FA> Does someone know what these mean, and what am i about to toss ?

FA> #define P_NOWAITO 3 /* ASYNCH, toss RC */
FA> #define P_DETACH 4 /* DETACHED, toss RC */
FA> They're in TurboC's process.h for the spawnxx functions.

They're of no use at all in DOS and I think not supported in TC++ Win3.x.
They are used for spawning processes which will run concurrently with the
process which called spawn*().

P_NOWAITO will run the detached process concurrently with the current
process without waiting for a returncode. However the process is run as a
child, so it is still possible for the calling process to retrieve return
information.

P_DETACH starts a completely independent concurrent process. The calling
process cannot communicate with it directly, simply by virtue of being its
caller.
