not my patch but one i host for the patch's author... the patch simply
fixes the bug in the C time/date routines that cause the bug in the first
place...

but yes, if you use the patch and BWREPFIX, you will cause problems because
BWREPFIX expects the dates to be in a certain format in a certain place and
doesn't verify this before fixing them... it just fixes them, correctly or
not...
