Guid morr-ning Heather,

 HL>
HL> Do you really want me say it?
 HL>

Methinks you're evading it, to put not too fine a one upon it...

 HL>

Evil abounds from the anonyminity of your furtive fone fortress ?

HL> - SOMEONE RAN OVER THE CAT! Oh, sorry, didn't know you
 HL> had bagpipes.

'Twas in Albania or somesuch that the police caught up with a hit-
and-run driver who'd broken a police sargeant's leg, the BBC just
reported. The 82yr old was getting out of his car with a white
stick at the bank to collect his pension, and was both deaf and
blind. He had enough sight left in one eye to let him drive, and
he knew the route well, he said - but forfeited his licence
regardless....

So ... next time I start up me drones, I'll switch on the hazard
lights, too...

But what I really need is a Waitakere RSA Tempory Traffic
Management Plan, all set about with detailed Risk Assessments,
before attempting to swirl the kilt with a skirl of the pipes...

:-(
