I grew up in Oklahoma City, Ok. Now... In BC and areas like that, the lakes might be real nice and clear, but in Oklahoma, it's a bit different. The land is red dirt and the lakes tend to be red water. Add in some wind to stir things, a few thousand tourists and other pleasure seekers to ski, swim, fish and who knows what els and you get the idea. There's one lake named "Thunderbird". We called it "Dirtybird". Another lake named "Draper"...
