Oh, I'm sure the CA mix is overkill and probably bad for mileage and
engines at the same time, I was only offering it as a the preferred
nationwide solution so that they couldn't reasonably take to the streets
with protest signs over it.

There is absolutely no reason for regional mixes whatsover
