No, Binford was not a real company, it was an invention of the producers to
avoid liability. The jacket is priceless to me as I won it in a station-wide
drawing, and yes, probably fairly rare, I think there were only several
hundred of them made, it's the same as Tim wore on th show, the old
high-school style...
