Hello Bill -

BB> What sort of cat is it, Charles?

She is a somewhat plain Tabby Cat. American long hair is the
polite terminology but if she was a dog she'd be called a
'mutt' I suspect. Looks a bit like an Absynian (sp?) and I
suspect her father was a feral. I had both the mother and
kitten but mom got outside and disappeared. Kitten has only
been outside once in her short 3 year lifespan and it
frightened her so I don't do that anymore.

BB> Mine is a lilac point Siamese queen.

Sounds as though she would be very photogenic. :-)

BB> She loves jumping up on the keyboard.

Mother and kitten both loved resting on top of my monitor when
it was on but I worried about exposure to the picture tube
x-rays etc. and didn't encourage them. They would both walk on
my desk back and forth and examine every new pencil or floppy.
Very curious animals. :-)

There is a picture of kitten when she was about 1 year old
examining the printer as it is printing a page at my tech
website at the top of this page:
