remember the post in the ls_arrl echo that stated that postings would be
delayed for a period? that period should be over soon... we can't help what
others have to deal with in RL outside of fidonet... there are numerous
ways to access that material that is posted, too... the echo is but one and
they arrive via standard internet means before being manually converted and
posted to fidonet... it isn't automatic by a long shot... not like the
weekly news letter that is posted from another organization...
