Basically no point whatsoever, but I changed the order to day month year if
that suits you better.  Personally either way is/was fine with me and am going
to leave the full alphabetic day of the week at the beginning.  As for useful
formatted datetime stamps I find a purely numerical form of 'YYYY-MM-DD
HH:MM:SS(+|-)HHMM' to be the ideal format ala RFC-3339.

When they start paying the bills around here maybe I'll start appreciating them
