Hi Joan,
Unfortunatly, one of my cat's is slightly nerotic, he keeps
stirring up the litter until, I tell him to stop.

JK> I have yet to hear anything of substance concerning this
problem.

waste.
LG> The sawdust is biodegradeable, or flushable.

JK> I tried that. My cats hated it, wouldn't use it, and the
town

clumping.
JK> Frankly, with the non-tracking antibiotic version both the
dust and

LG> With nine cats you go though alot of litter in a month
Another problem, more of one with a mult-cat family, is damp
litter, which is now become mud, clinging to the cat's claws,
those the cat doesn't ingest have to be cleaned manually.
Another problem with some clamping litters is high amounts
of silicates, which cut feline paws.
As for flushing we don't flush our, dump it in our compose pit.

JK> Yeah, I'll bet!
But I wouldn't have it any other way. Everyone of them has their
own personality, if you interested I can tell you all about them.
