Valery, please give my personal regards to George Wimberly. He knows me very 
well, but I'll let him explain that to you. Perhaps you and George are 
unaware that I started the VFALSAC echo in April 1992 specifically to provide 
the kind of forum needed by VOCAL, an organization of which I have been 
supportive. (The fact that the tag VFALSAC starts with a V is no accident.)
 
At the time I started VFALSAC, there appeared to be several splinter groups 
calling themselves "VOCAL", some of whom persisted in badmouthing what I 
consider the official VOCAL founded by George Wimberly. VFALSAC is an 
established FidoNet Echo, and I might be willing to discuss making it more of 
an official VOCAL function if VOCAL is in fact prepared to do that. I may be
