There was a message in this months telephone bill about the cost of
DSL service would go up 3 bucks to make the cost 34 bucks/Month for it.

Me thinks the coming increase next month may have had something to do
with the F.C.C.'s decision today about Net Neutrality, and them not
being able to accept payments from places wanting higher speeds for
their pages anymore.
