RT> CC> CH> This matter was recently discussed on the G. Gordon Liddy show,
RT> wherein
RT> CC> CH> a prosecutor called in and argued with G. Gordon Liddy. The
RT> prosecutor
RT> CC> CH> took the position that if you create such a book and someone
RT> takes that
RT> CC> CH> book and blows up a building, then you as the author are also
RT> guilty of
RT> CC> CH> the bombing and murders that occur. Liddy took the position
RT> that
RT> CC> CH> merely writing a book that provided the instructions did not
RT> make one
RT> CC> CH> culpable for the crimes committed by another, absent some
RT> CC> CH> conspiratorial involvement with the actors.
RT> CC> I agree with the prosecuter. Just because you have
RT> CC> information doesn't mean it should be shared readily, for
RT> CC> example, plans to a bomnb shouldn't be. In my opinion only
RT> CC> bomb squads and the military should have this information.
RT> You can say that you have complete trust in your government? I don't.
I didn't say that. To tell the truth, I probably have less faith in the
gov't than most. Read my example to Charles about carjacking and it may help
out with this argument.
Peace.
