So now you are smarter than the legistlature and the professionals in this 
state who have put together the manual for alcohol information school!  In it 
is a reference to Post Drug Impairment Syndrome and what causes it.  This is 
an official publication of the State of Washington which folks here encounter 
on their first conviction for drunk driving.  
 I am certain that among those who are reading this post are others who have 
seen this in print. In my case, it was as the person who was giving the 
lecture that day.  In others, it may be those who sat there and listened.
